Less than 1 year in the role, current employee

New company to be setup.

The good thingsCan learn new experience. Staff really friendly and superior also. They don't contact you after working hours. Bonus project and annual.

The challengesHR need to focus on benefits during hiring process. Don't micromanage in small things.
