    The good thingsLearn a lot of things in audit work.
    The challengesPoor top management planing. Empty promises are shown most of the time. There is no bonus but token only. Management always like to play the blame game. Our claims are always late. Poor environment and no consideration of employees safety. Management conflict. Poor reputation. Low Salary Increment. Poor communication. Inconsideration of employees work life balance.

    Not professional at all
    The good thingsNice colleagues but they mostly comes and goes
    The challengesNo support from management even though this is supposed to be a professional firm. Top management are not up to date and almost always only provide lip service. Terrible location for a mid range firm - how can a company be viewed as a up and coming professional firm if continue to stay at a shoplot with no parking facilities etc.
