    The good thingsThere's many benefits in this company such as I’ll get side pocket money for cleaning service and there's have pantry for staff.
    The challengesOverall is okay. Sometimes I must facing ‘fussy’ buyer, but it always give me new experience for be more better on handling problems.

    GOOD AND BEST COMPANY I HAD WORK
    The good things1. Easy to apply leave but depend on your click also 2. High salary and low pressure 3. They also provide training for new / old staff and manager 4. Doing planning what HQ plan on sales and promotion time
    The challenges1. Knowledge in baby retailing is challenge for new comer 2. Sometime need to carry heavy stock like car seat and stroller for display 3. Depend on store ordering how much stock will arrive every week. Have store receive 3 time stock per week.

    The challengesCommunication within the company was lacking, the culture it self was not pleasant to work with. very political from team to team, HOD did not know how to manage his team, was not matured / experiacne enough to handle a team.
