    Okay experience. Not meeting my expectation.
    The good thingsNice cafeteria. Many company functions when i was there. good facilities, have gym to release stress. Many sharing session with other departments for new developments.
    The challengesColleagues didn't help newbies much in new tasks. Dump work without guidance. Boss only tai-chi his subordinates. Didn't have a sense of teamwork from team at all.

    The challengesEach project timeline is lengthy and every employee will focus on specific section for long period.

    The good thingsGreat learning opportunity Benefit is one of the best. Have profit sharing and annual bonus Work life balance fast paced working environment Working environment is very comfortable
    The challengesWhatever you learn in here, probably can apply here. Unless you join a team with general and more common team, such as wifi team. Sometime need to work during weekend due to project timeline. Some manager are soft, some are strict. But mine one is soft type, he only help you fight for it when enough justification
