    The good thingsThey have experienced staffs with good knowledge. I had the chance to involve in most of the procedure even though I was an internship. The staffs from all department are friendly and very helpful.

    The good thingsAt MMCH, one can expect to feel empowered to perform their designated tasks at all times. It stems not only from the ever motivating superiors but also how the environment is structured to help one to work to their best potentials.
    The challengesSince it is a not-for-profit hospital, one is expected to work on the basis of giving back to the community, hence, it is agreeable that passion and self motivating factors plays a bigger role compared to incentives received.

    The good thingsThe thing I love most is the atmosphere and the working environment at the hospital. It is like a close family and we get to be very supportive of each other. Since the new management took over, there are a lot of changes and the working environment has improve tremendously.
