    Good company to learn but not to stay longer if want career advancement and high salary.
    The good thingslearn a lot of things especially on operation and others department task. enjoy working here even sometimes tired especially when to stay up overnight but enjoy the moment.
    The challenges- toxic environment especially from malay senior staff. - salary low compared to position offered and no increment and yearly bonus especially for manager level above.

    The good thingsGet more experience in handling and serve customers. As there are a lot of different customers who comes to our bookstores, staff will able to improve communication skills especially in English. Work in good environment and the staffs is very helpful.

    The challengesTop management lack of planning always have last minute Jobs, book fair and so on. Have to work overtime frequently, also need to work overnight for book fair set up and dismantle. You might be also received the message from boss by midnight 3-4am... You were numb with working in this bad cycle over and over again.
