The good thingsEnvironment workplace & Collegues, Welfare
The challengesI coordinated the team that managed to get the schedule back on track. We were able to successfully troubleshoot the issues and solve the problems, within a very short period of time, and without completely burning out our team. I was able to do this by motivating the senior project engineer team to brainstorm a technology and project team solution that would solve the customer’s issues with fewer development hours on our end.

Well established inspection company that allows the employee to build NDT carrier with many types of candidates
The good thingsA company that encourages you to learn new things and joining site work for work exposure. Hence, the company shall provide all related training for plant entrance and also with other related training that will build-up employee knowledge towards inspection and Non-Destructive Testing.
The challengesAs in Project Department, your life leaning more toward working as it usually exceeding the office working hour and indirectly stressing the employee. As it so-called "small company", lack of staff is usually happening and the implication for one staff require to manage three to four projects at one time is high.
