    The good thingsI worked with TPM for 1 year 10 months. I absolutely love the culture of the company. Everyone treated me like an actual employee and very willing to offer help if needed.
    The challengesI personally don't have any negative comments on this company.

    The good thingsThe staff is a helpful and understandable supervisor. I gained more knowledge and skills also stabilization of career growth. A good environment in which have work-life balanced also actively in sport to maintain fitness not only focused on work at the office.
    The challengeslimited woman workers in the working shift. Most preferably man worker.

    The good thingsI love the environment and also all the staffs were so friendly and kind. They were willing to share a lot of things with me. Honestly, I gain a lot of experience here. The Managers here were so kindhearted. To be honest, to left this company really make me sad. everything here just nice I really love if I can proceed the work here but I still need to further my study. Thank You to everyone.
    The challengesThe challenges were I need to do things that I did not like such as talking to strangers. Here we need to pick up any telephone call and speak even though the call not for us. Then, the work were quite tough and need to finish the work really right on time. Usually the work involve huge work, so I need to make sure that the work that I have done great.

    Mix Experience gathered.
    The good thingsBenefits given are good i.e. medical, hospitalisation, jacket and trainings. The accountants have the opportunity to go for evaluation of projects applying fund from MOSTI I,e, Technofund. It was a great experience where we can meet and get extra knowledge from \"learned\" people(professors, Drs).on other industries.
    The challengesManagement seldom listen to staff's opinion. Management is quite conservative and risk adverse to invest in high risk project though the return would be high. Promotion is depending to favouritism or working closely with the management.

    The good thingsThe company can be considered as good in term of benefit. They give me covered parking lot, medical budget for RM3K (outpatient), and they covered the hospital bill (private hospital) when my daughter was born. You can get a nice view from your office. Most people there are nice. Bank, shop and eating place are in walking distance. Work-life balance is there.
    The challengesThis is an agency under MOSTI, so expect government style of doing things. You are not going to be rich if you are working here as they are not paying you much as oil & gas companies paying their employees. As people tend to work here for a long time, there are a lot of employees above 40s (and you should know what to expect). Overall, its a good company to earn a living.

    The good thingsThe company offers some of the best benefits for its staffs that most Malaysian organizations do not provide, including outpatient coverage for parents of staffs, as well as full medical benefits (including specialist treatment & hospitalisation at private medical institutions), speedy and efficient GL and hospitalisation services etc. The company also organizes great social programs.
    The challengesAs the company owns many subsidiaries that are mostly located in one compound, there seems to be a lack in communication between the subsidiaries and also the main unit, creating unhealthy factional culture, which at times create much difficulty if different units & subsidiaries have to work together. Also, in my unit, career advancement opportunity is poor.

    The good things1. TPM is the best place to work when it comes to ammenities. They have futsal pitch, badminton court, squash court and fitness gym. 2. A lot of good quality food with a great dining ambience complete with buskers performance. 3. Located strategically which is near to Puchong, Sg. Besi, Balakong, Subang and Seri Petaling. 4. Medical benefits covers whole family including staff's parents.
    The challenges1. Total population of people within TPM compound is more than 10,000 people. 2. Micro management and bureaucracy making works to be very complicated at times. 3. Management posts are filled by very loyal people which makes career development and advancement at a very slow pace.
