    The good thingsKnow how to be a multi-task person. Easy road to go to office Know the office politics
    The challengestoo much workload. u were given work that have no related with your position. - long working hour. 8.30-6.30pm The management never appreciate what you have done. They will keep ask you what date you can finish but doesn't want to know you struggle to do that particular task/job. -the so called 'leader' give you task with no guidance and expect you to do the job perfectly as per their imagination. - they will shuffle the JD as per their wish. - beware of the toxic environment.
