    The good thingsGood Team Members, Management rule is excellent. All the hire superior best in help us . The political game is not there .

    I was assigned to conduct project studies of casting product and casting process.
    The good thingsEnjoy when I can see the manufacture of metal products in the actual process. How to calculate and identify the appropriate materials for making molten iron. Last but not least, I checked the quality of the final product. If any problem at the final product, make sure do the experiments to find out what the problem is.
    The challengesThe chalenges is when need to come to see for make the hot molten at 3am until 8am.
