    could be better experience
The good thingsquite a numbers of freebies given to staff. Salary and benefit is average to above average.
The challenges1.noticed behavior or management style from few managers and senior level staffs from meeting reconciliation/employee expense management that can be challenging for the team dynamic and indirectly contributed stress to the team. 2.the workload is high and the management does not know how to manage workload for the team, sarcastically this is a health related background company. 3. working US timezone a lot.

The challengesAs Multinational company, the market is very competitive as it will push you to grow and improve. However, there will be some challenges come from both interior and exterior which is inevitable.

Not to recommend to any of my friends!
The good thingsGood pay, benefit and allowances. Top management is supportive but Senior and manager level need to improve their leadership skill especially Senior level.
The challengesThe stressed is not come from work but more on manager: Unclear instructions and always gets panic even with little thing. In overall they need to learn to control their mood especially need to trust staffs and less micro control. Workload is still able to manage but a lot of unnecessary work will be add on from manager and too much meeting until you will feel no time to do your daily task. Manager is poor at managing team and task. It is recommended to work in another team rather than Employee Expense Management team as you won’t learn much or don’t have much chance to enhance your career path unless they change manager

The good thingsImpressive employee engagement activities being planned out throughout the year. The pioneers received a lot of freebies. Office tower next to the mall, very convenient. Office amenities are amazing and well thought of.
The challengesPlease improve on the work life balance aspect ie : work flexibility/work from home for parents incase of emergencies. Please improve and provide clear directions and guidance to employees when rolling out new projects. Please improve in supporting working mothers, notice that working mothers are lack in support from management, especially young and new mothers. Please improve culture and diversifiness. Culture tend to be an advantage on one end.

    Good environment with good boss
The good thingsCo-workers are very friendly and helpful. They are ready for help and good in mentoring new joiner. Manager has high expectation yet provide many meaningful coaching & guidance to me. Her dedicated attitude to the career inspired me to drive further in sales result and making my learning curve steeper than expected. An amazing manager/leader making whole team harmony, unite and deliver result together.
The challengesRepresentatives are handling too many paper works, such as event management. This could be minimized as the main job scope of a sales person is to bring sales result & business to the company. Too many paper works may distract and dilute the job nature, thus, affecting sales result.

Top pharma company to work in
The good thingsTop multinational pharma company with life-saving & enhancing products. It is an innovative company and has a large influence over the healthcare industry and can be a good place to grow if you're up for the challenge of dealing with the rigors of big pharma.
The challengesA lot of paperwork and inter departmental expectations which may not be supportive or helpful for a sales exec. You need to have excellent time management and be willing to work on the go or take back some work.

Great Employer & great benefits for the high performers
The good thingsThe best training & learning among all the multinational companies I've worked with. It's also a company I have the most pride working for. Clear goals & company values were communicated with every new employee. Performance reviews on a regular basis to make sure that we're on track with the goals & values. Respectable & reputable in the medical industry.
The challengesHigh performance target to match it's high work benefits. Lots of paperwork, reports & performance tracking to do. Fret not, if you have what it takes to be a high performer, you'll be fine. But. if you're looking for an easy money with easy job, this is not the place for you as you can't cheat in this company. They track everything. Not just the sales figure but also the quality of work.

The challengesInternal changes are too often, provide a platform for employee input before major decision making, cost cutting which affects productivity
