    Nothing interesting here
    The good thingsfree most of the time and watched netflix with M and AM. If one of them on leave, another one will keep bad talking about each other.
    The challengesLack of training, low salary, lot of procedure to do your job scope (need to whatsapp, write a letter, send an email to ask permission). No career growth with this company. No benefits at all (no medical claim, no milage claim, no bonus). If you have a stable job, dont resign just to accept this offer.

    Many of the knowledge learned while working here especially when dealing with people who have many challenges have to come to an end. In addition, group work culture and cooperation with each other is very important to realize something I can learn while serving here. Essential knowledge and inputs that people out there do not know but we know it is very meaningful to me.
    The good thingsStaff welfare is very important to employers. Additionally, employers maintain a very good relationship with staff. Employee facilities and equipment are the priority of employers so that all work can run smoothly.
    The challengesFaced with various communities around. Must implement a program in a short, formal time and at the same time respectable people are also involved. Audit time is a very exciting time because it is the assessment of the work we have undertaken to achieve the target or not.

    The good thingsI love teaching so much. I can share my passion for what I love to my students - arts! My employer also keep updating our performances and how to resolved problem in Pusat Internet 1Malaysia. Every year, they will make sure that we will be given enough training.
    The challengesI need to sacrifice my weekend (Saturday and Sunday) because Pusat Internet 1Malaysia need to open everyday (exclude public holiday). Sometimes, we need to confront the community's complaint. The employers sometimes keep pushing us to improve our performances indicator. No salary increases even I've been working almost 3 years.

    The good thingsThe company let us do whatever we want as long as we not crossing the boarder. You can expect working with very minimum supervision. The company even encourage us to do business in order to earn extra income. The best things is the company always send us training to enhance our skills.
    The challengesThe bad aspect of working here is you have to work on weekend. Your offday or rest day is monday & tuesday if you are the site manager and wednesday & thursday if you are the assistant.

    The good thingsTraining to improve skills and also add-on skills such as content developement using Joomla!, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, graphic design using Adobe. I also know how to train people to do well in using basic IT apps/software. As PI1M Manager, improve my comunication skills with any level of age, race and religious.
    The challengesSome other people in rural area don't want to change their life. They dont want to know more about is IT can do in their life. No increment of salary although already work almost 5 years. PM already announe of GST but the salary still the same. Contract basis.

    Comfort Environment
    The good thingsComfort, lenient, flexible and multi racial staff. Able to go outstation all around malaysia. Meet with many people from all walk of life. Learn new technology, development, managing people and administration.
    The challengesSometimes not enough resources. Ad-Hoc plan and changes. Salary not equal to outside market. Slow on increment/adjustment or bonus. Must have or always review with post mortem. Need to learn or disclosed with problem/incident management.
