    Best colleague ever.
    The good thingsWork life balance, friendly coworker, office near public transport. Don't have to face challenged alone, there's always other staffs that are willing to lend a helping hand.
    The challengesPoor management, a lot of micro management from the top management. Too many work for too little staff to handle. High turnover.
