The challenges1. (Workload) Company is lacking of enough manpower to run smooth operations, we are expected to work beyond normal workload and manage over other departments job.
2. (Salary) Salary is below average in market, the effort and workload does not match with the potential income. Benefits are reducing every year.
3. (Under performing managers) Most of the managers are appointed due to long time employment but not skills. Lacking of problem solving skills and consistently depend on others for help.
