    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and able to resolve issue arise in harmony manner. Senior Management of the company are experienced and understand to employee needs. Plenty of opportunity in learning and exposure in shipping business.

    The good thingsa newly established shipping company who is still growing with a lot of rooms to gain experience, from junior to managers level. They currently having 4-6 vessels and they are expanding their business by purchasing more vessels and might pursue in providing wider scope of service.
    The challengesbecause of the company is still growing/expanding in many ways, procedures/SOPs might not in their best place yet.
