    The good thingsTheir always have a discussion on any issue to get a better solutions before take further action. Management meeting will be held every month to discuss all the out going result and progress of work or project. Their show a good leadership skill and very professional to attitude in that forum.

    The challengesThe business area is tough because of competator. Need to be prepared in knowledge to win the battle, but in the other part, this company secure with government contract, but employe need to be prepared to having good realationship with clients.

    The good thingsOwner had a great vision. Good benefits (EPF 16%, Parking subsidized). Medium sized company that allowed for flexibility in finding opportunities to learn.
    The challengesOwner had a great vision, unfortunately with insufficient brain power to execute. Management changes every couple of years makes the place a rather unstable environment.

    The good thingsDirect Superior was a structured and outcome driven person A good mixture of Operational and backroom personnel Location was good for me in Petaling Jaya Travel abroad to meet Principals and attend Fairs was a yearly affair
    The challengesOrganisation and reporting structure frequently changes Plans were not followed and improved on rigorously Family business and organisation would have been better managed with less family interference Ability and capability not highly appreciated as compared to ability to play office politics Not enough diversity in staff End clients being the Government, can be taxing
