    The good thingsPublic listed company, stable income, and reasonable employee benefits.
    The challengesManagement have the ambition but no drive or commitment to improve their market position. They just talk the talk but not walk the walk. Conservative and slow to react to the latest market trend and therefore lack competitiveness in current fast pace market.

    The good thingsI enjoy the surrounding of work place, the well-organized Maintenances Department with outstanding and professional working attitude of mechanical engineer and technicians. The company also care for employee welfare. Working time management schedule provided by the company is also excellent in reducing working stress.
    The challengesThe difficulty faced is because the company posses large machinery parts and equipment. But, i become a good challenge to enhance my hands on skills unto real industry machinery and giving me tremendous industries experiences.
