    Terrible management, backward mindset, overselling culture
    The good thingsI can't think of any, since my first day there is so many red flag about the people I am working with.
    The challengesMajority the staff have been working with the company for at least 5-10 years, some even close to 15 years. Very hesitant on accepting new information, new idea or new skill, too stagnant and ignorant.
