    The good thingsGood working environment. Great place for fresh graduate to enhance their industry experience. Working hour is acceptable. 5 working day and some times required to work OT during peak season.

    Low salary payment but stressful and high demand workplace (not recommend for fresh graduate who has no working experience)
    The good thingsNothing good in this company. In positive way is that force yourself to learn and grow by yourself in order to survive and get salary payment.
    The challengesNo proper training or guidance is given for new employee. New comer always struggle and learn by himself or herself. Management always force their employee to commit non-relevant and non-applicable customer request. Employee always suffer and struggle to provide solution to customer.

    Very stress environment after the sell drop. You may need to cover others staff work and do twice same job due to lack of leader management especially in Final Assembly.
    The good thingsYou can back early and company always shut down when they wanted it done.
    The challengesYou may need to change module if cap with problem instead of troubleshooting the root cause.

    The good thingsTake it as a good way, this is a workplace that challenge yourself emotionally and psychologically.
    The challengesFixed mindset has planted in everyone in this company. It's a workplace for a follower where ideas are not being accepted. Accountability is nothing here where everyone will not admit the error he made. There is no system to follow where the gut feeling decision from the superior/management is the final call.

    The good thingsSmall, international company, quite young in its managements. Things, infrastructure are quite new and advance. New building built every 3 to 4 years, showing steady growth. There is numbers of company activities, events for employees to enjoy. High tech, new technologies are developing, can see the growth and see state of the art technologies evolving before released to markets
    The challengesThe company quite young in its buildings, managements, and it's people. Due to small scales, some things are not done in proper manners due to certain groups heavy loaded with few profiles, covering more general works across department instead of specialized in certain parts or sector in related departments. Benefits are quite general and new benefits revised, introduced over time when expanded
