    Structural review is much needed
    The good things1. Good place to learn; 2. Reasonable working hours - pretty well balanced work-life experience
    The challenges1. Certain department (especially those headed by long service management) is showing signs of complacency. Attitude is towards achieving own KPI, rather than for the company's interests; 2. Lacking cohesiveness between departments and within the group - mismatch in goals and objectives; 3. Management needs to enforce accountability on poor performing employees (especially towards middle and senior management); 4. Excessive bureaucracy and hierarchy restricts growth in employees and create unnecessary stressful working environment.

    It's A Good Company But A Lot Of Manual Processes
    The good thingsSalary is acceptable. Colleagues are friendly. There are always things to learn.
    The challengesAlthough the Group is big, there are still a lot of manual processes, which are time consuming and therefore not efficient. There are people who have been working here for many, many years and they are difficult to deal with. Sometimes you also find it difficult to manage the boss' expectation. Office is located at Klang. It can be flooded if it's heavy rain.
