    The challengesThe human resources quite terrible in terms of handling employee's issue. No professionalism in style of working from human resources. Always make it difficult for operation team in discussing on benefits, annual leave and other matters.

    The good thingsThe good things here are that you are able to learn alot as a young engineer. Even you are under certain department, opportunities to learn from other departments are so widely open. In shipbuilding industry, the company is one of the biggest in Malaysia and has high reputation.
    The challengesOne of the biggest challenge is to work under a very tight schedule with a limited manpower;increasing productivity with limited source. From here you will learn a lot how to plan and manage things so that everything will not stray away from the planned schedule.
