    The good thingsSome of the colleagues from the same level & below are supportive & understand each other challenges.
    The challengesHierarchy is very important here. Expect the lowest benefit any company can offer if you are not at the management level.

    The challengesI do not have high qualification but due to the hard work and there is a trust given to me I manage to be what I am now and indeed it is a great task given to me, challenging and adventures and I can't believe I can do it (I feel like an Accountant).
