    Hi, welcome to MUJI.
    The good thingsI was working at MUJI MyTown and I was working for a very principled store manager. It was hard to get use to at first but over time, it became a routine. I enjoyed how she regulated the staffs and how she listened to comments/remarks work related and make the necessary adjustments to promote personal growth within the working environment.
    The challengesOne of the things I was not very happy with the store management was the staffs who did the closing shifts and receiving merchandises always have to do the opening shift the next morning. This was not at all strategic and exhausting and affects work performance because sometimes we'd leave very late only to come back in the morning a few hours later.

    The good thingsMaking new friends and boost up my confidence level. It also provides training for all their new staff on how to provide good customer services.

    MUJI is where you can learnt about good attitude.
    The good thingsThe company is very care about their employees priority.Every person here have great attitude and very responsible on their job task and of course teamwork is a very important things to bring a good impression about the company to the customers.
    The challengesThe customers come in different range of country and race so we have to know how to deals with the many different type of customer and serve the customers to their needs so that we can always achieve the target sales.
