    The good thingsWorking at Mulah Technologies was an incredible experience with a vibrant and supportive company culture. I truly enjoyed the fast-paced tech environment which allowed me to grow my HR skills, from managing complex payroll and statutory reports to leading recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. The team was highly collaborative, making it a great place for professional development and learning the ins and outs of a software-driven business.
    The challengesAs the company continues to scale its digital loyalty programs, further enhancing the automation of internal HR systems would help streamline administrative workflows even more. This would allow the HR team to focus more on long-term talent strategy and employee experience as the organization grows.
