    A good place to nurture young talents
    The good thingsA small but dynamic team which mainly consist of young adults. A great place to nurture young talents, especially for fresh graduates. Plenty of learning opportunities due to its lean and simple operation. Minimum red tapes.
    The challengesA foreign company managed by a management style that is similar to a 'china man' company. Need to have a stronger high level management to lead the company to greater heights. Previous company policies which were originally reputable we slowly changed to become less competitive in the industry. Plenty of space for improvements in the management and operations area.
