    The good thingsCooperation among superior, staff and colleagues. Having great time working together, solving problems together, discussing personal problems with superior without prejudice, bonus are given even though profit is not really impressive, salary increment going well every year, colleagues can cover when you are not around or taking a break for vacation.
    The challengesStart with zero experience, learn about sea freight jobs from others because at the moment I joint this company sea freight department were just started and I have to monitor and prepare documentation for volume 100 containers for export every week . I don't have experience in import shipment either, so I have to start from bottom, collecting information from peoples who works in sea freight line for years no matter they are from carrier site or forwarders site because peoples who works for this company in Penang branch at that time only specialised in Air Freight shipment.
