    Great Japanese Pastry Prodcution
    The good thingsA great place to build up speed because of the busy surrounding. Salary is also high for a newbie when working overtime almost everyday.
    The challengesThe work life balance here is very bad. Producing non-stop without noticing the limit of the workforce. Wastage was also high sometime.

    It was very lucky to be one of the Komugi team.
    The good thingsI got a nice supervisor and friendly staffs. They were very supportive and they treated me like a family. My supervisor also was very caring about each of his staff in which shows that he is also a good leader with good example.
    The challengesI really love to work under this company because my supervisor have been always treated me like a family. Unfortunately, since I just worked for one year, I was not able to join the company dinner. However. the tasks seems to become tougher now compared to my task when I started to work there.

    - Assist in Daily Accounts Payable functions by processing source documents
    The good thingsgood environment and good work culture. if you really need an experience,i had experiece to work in office environments, the finance sector and service industries, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people.
    The challengeslife cost there quite expensive for student, but the allowance was really high and quite worth to be there. May be have lot of work but good for your experience.

    I able to work independently,and also can handle any problem with walk-in customer with nicely.
    The good thingsIm so lucky work with a great branch manager that was really tough to make me learn with very discipline with works. Have a great time being be Supervisor. Such a good time with all staff really friendly and have a strong team.
    The challengesIm really enjoy since 1st day in this company because i learn how to increase our sales by everyday. I have to keep smile and greet all customer with happy. Im enjoy everytime while serve my customer.

    The challengesNo proper standard operating procedures, high staff turnover, a lot of back log works, HR Manager totally not experience in HR background & unfair treatment. Everyday work late and no motivation.
