    Pretty decent overall
    The good thingsHelpful colleagues, friendly working environment, good benefits overall. Superb atmosphere all over and company actively provide courses for us to improve our personal skills.
    The challengesPretty stressful when we have to attend to customer alone sometimes. Company will always send one person (engineer) only to handle a multi million machine even if they knew 2 persons could provide better work quality.

    Fun and Interesting
    The good thingsHigh pay. Willing to send employee to oversea for training. Good Boss. Management take good care of employee wellbeing. Lot of things to learn and many seniors to guide. Friendly working environment. No office politics.
    The challengesLong working hour, sometimes more than 12 hours. 24 hour standby for critical service case.
