    The good thingsPaperless environment, strong support from backend boost my confidence in closing sales, specialized unit to take care of after-sales follow up. Team lead mentor gives a very fresh perspectives in sales approach. Generally easy and simplified sales process, very different from the conventional sales method.
    The challengesGive and take - not much competition within the team, could be less motivating for someone like me as I compare to see where I stand; relies on self-disciplines.

    Happy work, Happy life.
    The good thingsI am glad to working in this company. This company have a lot of benefits to their employees. And the working environment is good, is the office style that I like. Our manager also will listen our feedback and do the arrangement for us. This is the most that I like in this company. :) Company also have organise a few of the event in a year and have a team gathering once in two month. So, we will not boring with the office life. :)

    The good thingsGood employee benefits, paperless working environment(No paperwork and filling), spacious office, no thumbprint clock in and out, varieties of snacks at minimum cost, less supervision from management
    The challengesDifficult to find food (Not in walking distance), traffic jam to and fro to work, have to wait for lift to and fro office, poor communication with other department, management poor in leadership, pointing fingers instead of solving problems when issues arises, nobody will backup your work when you are on leave, one person handle one work

I was given career progression opportunities for personal growth throughout these years. Although being a customer service officer, I was given a chance to explore marketing and creative design-related tasks which I have never come across. The company is also concerned about employees well fare and takes employee feedback into consideration and even action! Lovely colleagues are always by your side and keep you supported throughout this journey. I strongly believe this is the "productive yet enjoyable" workplace that you are looking for!
