    Average FMCG company.
    The good thingsYearly bonus, many staff activities especially during festive season, free flow of biscuits, the people is nice.
    The challengesThe top management requests sometimes very funny, very low yearly salary increment, only 1 day work from home arrangement, a lot of the systems are outdated, the benefits is low.

    The good thingsMany engagements activity for festive season. Some colleagues are actually friendly
    The challengesMany old people inside, typically you wont find any younger generation working here. Zero work life balance and you can expect many unexpected things to happen here everyday that can actually be “prevented”. Nice from outside, rotten inside.

    Good place to seek for new experience and to challenge your self-competence.
    The good thingsLearn a lot of new things here, friendly colleagues, supportive teammates, and flexi schedule.
    The challengesParking in mall is expensive, however, you may park outside to save money. Will need to drive out during lunch as the food available in mall is limited. Far from city central but so far ok.

    The good thingsYearly bonus is bot bad. People here are generally friendly, approachable & helpful. It's a very fun & happy working environment. The bonding of each department is there and you will hear laughters. Flexible working hours & hybrid work arrangement.
    The challengesGenerally not too good not too bad. Overall it's very fun & happy working in here. Due to the acquisition, lots of confusion in processes & additional workload, causing frustration & tiring. Hopefully after this interim period of merging of 2 companies ended it will be a even better place to work with. The company should also look at the perks & benefits, especially the medical benefits and allowances to be more competitive in the market.
