Fun and rewarding experience where I learned practical administrative and coordination skillsThe good thingsI really enjoyed my time as an intern in the Corporate and PR Department at Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA). Getting to help organize events, coordinate tasks, and prepare reports made me feel involved and useful. I loved being part of a supportive team, learning how things run in a real workplace, and seeing how my little contributions could make a difference. It was rewarding and made me excited about doing similar work in the future.
The challengesHonestly, I didn’t face any major problems during my internship. The environment was very supportive, and the tasks were enjoyable, so most challenges felt more like learning experiences rather than difficulties.
