    Good company system but too many politics
    The good thingsQMS is well established and implemented. From incoming of raw materials to outgoing of finished products, everything is under compliance with no short cuts.
    The challengesToo much politics from management that affects the quality of work across departments. Work itself is OK, but dealing with other personnel require high EQ.

    The good thingsMunivac Sdn Bhd is a manufacturing and production company. You can learn a lot of new things as this company manufacture variety of products.
    The challengesThe working time here is quite challenging. You need to dedicate 12 hours daily to work during weekdays. However you may decide whether you prefer to work on day or night shift.

    The good thingsDoes not draw lines in the company. Rewards high performing staff. Quick to take action such as counselling on poor teamwork and poor performer. A highly innovative company whom customers respect for its creativity, high quality manufacturing processes, innovative solutions to customers. A great place to learn and grow as individual contributor and management level. The senior management always challenge customer, supplier and internal staff to do better with innovative solution which the industry has not seen before.
    The challengesThose who wants to hide issues on the ground such as taking short cuts and quality issues cannot escape from senior management as there are robust manufacturing system and review in place. Honesty is a must in this company.

    The good thingsBoss is good leader, can learn a lot from him. Company very care quality of product and safety and health of staff. Work life consider balance. All procedures are available in system, easy to follow. Management ok. Colleagues very nice also.

    The good thingsThe working environment is very good for newcomers. Although the job is not easiest, you can learn something from this company. The employer paying salary is on time and welfare is very good also.

    Pros and cons
    The good thingsGood things is if you are a fighter, this is the company you may want to work with. With this company, I am very sure you can learn a great deal from technical to management. Technically, they have a few good engineers whom are not selfish in sharing their experiences. Management wise, you too can learn a great deal from the GM too. Overall, this is the place to be if you are fresh graduate and/or looking for challenges.
    The challengesThe challenge working for this company is the salary. For the beginning you may not have enough to cover your daily expenses and/or your other financial commitment. However, if you perform well, your performance will not go un-notice and you definitely will be rewarded. All in all, if you willing to learn and willing to fight, this is your play ground with blessing from the management.

    GOOD EXPERIENCE, GOOD VALUE
    The good things1) Increment is base on your performance, how well your work is base on how your perform. 2) I got a good boss that can support me for my future, i start at this company just as a production clerk, but my ex-boss give me an opportunity to expand my knowledge to other level that is as buyer@ purchaser, therefore i have more option to flag my wings to others company with better salary.
    The challengesWorkload and pressure, you will have responsibility to carry out your task according to dateline but still this is one of good experience when you go to other company with more higher level. You can easily surpass your pressure and work effective and confidently.
