    Good place to learn many things
    The good thingsSupportive manager and supervisor. Opportunity for career growth. Exchange program to Japan mother company. Average medical benefit including family. Lots of fun event every quarter and big event every year. Great place to learn new things and advance technology from Japan.
    The challengesCompared to KL or Penang, salary rate are considered low. Maybe because the location itself is in city outskirt. Performance bonus rate are not too much. If you are looking for a high income job in engineering, this company is not for you.

    Bittersweet memories
    The good things1. Opportunity to work in Japan 2. Stable income 3. Good start for fresh graduates as the environment is safe and non-hazardous 4. No hard labor (heavy lifting, toxic chemicals handling) required for most positions 5. Canteen food is cheap as it is subsidized
    The challenges1. Stringent bosses with little tolerance to any mistakes, not much room for senior to junior discussions. Feedbacks don't work. 2. Fixed work hours (any personal matters dealt with during working hours will cause deduction in pay) 3. Strong office politics and gossiping of your personal life

    The challenges12 hours of challenging work. I do multi works at the same time in one process. I thought that I’m only have to handling machines. It’s okay and good if other people get the oppurtunity to work here. But you have to get ready physically and mentally.

    The good thingsIm as a Techician at department RF. this department keep improve with method, production volume, keep buy new machine from main factory at Japan. Posibility to tranning at Japan are very high, every one can go just wait in turn. Unfortunately, i need to change work place because of some reason.

    The good thingsGood working environment. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Food provided at cafeteria have good pricing and good quality. Factory area is no smoke zone, however they provide a smoking area. Everyone have chances to go overseas for training, from operators till top management. They provide good training for new join staff.
    The challengesSome top management seems like not working together, always throw fault/problem to other department rather than solve it together. As an employee, we need to take action before problem occur to avoid problem reach top management.

    Working enviroment in murata electronic
    The good thingsThe time of working in murata electronic was syatematic. It have 12 hour shift day and night. First 8 hour was real working time and other 4 hour is overtime. So we can gain some overtime in normal working days.
    The challengesThe challange working in murata is comunication with superior because common superior are japanese and they prefer some one who can speak japanese.
