    Low career development and so frustrated when we do all out for company but did not appreciated
    The good thingsall staff are malay . Also will train fresh employees to be more tough and stronger especially on mentality and emotions.
    The challengesHigh responsibilities , too many roles in one designation with minimum pay. management did not appreciate the staff who perform well but more attention to staff that talk more rather than do their job

    The good thingsGIVE NEW KNOWLEDGE REGARDING HUMAN RESOURCES BASED. ALTHOUGH IT HAVE SOME PROBLEM FROM THE COMPANY, BUT I CAN LEARN HOW TO MANAGE THE CERTAIN PROBLEM TO THE PEACEFUL SETTING.
    The challengesTHE COMPANY NOT HAVE SYSTEMATIC RULES TOWARDS THE WORKERS. I ALSO ONLY GET MINIMAL EXPERIENCE WHILE DURING THE INTERNSHIP.

    The good thingsGreat working environment and great boss. You have the freedom to throw your ideas and get things done your own way. The most important thing is the end result that matters.
    The challengesWell I don't find any difficulties working here. Everybody is helpful and we are like families. We help each others a lot so really when there is a problem, you will not be alone!
