    Good jump start becoming as a civil engineer that involves both technical and management experiences
    The good thingsA great opportunity becoming a civil engineer as a head start particularly in technical involvements which includes all structural, roadworks and civil works. As for management involvements, it is indirectly approaches to co-op with all parties that involves in the project such as consultancy and the client as well.
    The challengesThe most challenging is to have the ability to accept every scope of works apart from designated position depends on the site work conditions.

    The good thingsmy officemates are very supportive and kind, we have a very good communication skills and our boss always treat us for lunch or bought breakfast. the environment is a bit noisy but it is fun working here.
    The challengesit is a bit hard for me to do some work that is not in my scope of work such as AUTOCAD for engineering drawings and i have to prepare reports that is supposed to be others work but i have to do it because the top management need that immediately.
