“It's not what you achieve, it's what you overcome. That's what defines your career." —Carlton Fisk
The good thingsI found my time working here to be enjoyable as it allowed me to assess my teaching abilities in various ways, such as managing classes, academics, behaviour, and soft skills. Additionally, I was able to compare my teaching experience at this school with my previous one and determine the pros and cons of each to better develop my teaching methods. The 45-minute to 1-hour teaching period also provided ample time to cover all aspects of the curriculum thoroughly.
The challengesEach workplace faces unique challenges. However, one can view these obstacles as opportunities for growth and improvement, leading to successful achievements. It is important to remain patient as progress takes time.
