The challengesThe chemical lab working environment in branch need improvement. Ventilation and purification system need improvement to ensure the safety and healthy of worker. A lab that full-filled with chemical smell is dangerous for worker healthy and safety.

The good thingsMy ideal working environment is one where there's a good sense of team spirit. A strong work ethic is obviously important but the human side is also important. I enjoy working with people who have a decent sense of humour and who, while they might take their work very seriously, don't necessarily take themselves overly seriously! I like people who are down to earth but who have a dynamic and progressive approach to their work. I really enjoy working as part of a highly committed and professional team.
The challengesEmployees enjoy friendly relationships with their coworkers. And coworkers may even become close friends. Still, workplace diversity may present challenges for employees who have previous limited exposure to people from different walks of life. The challenge may be in realizing there are more similarities than differences among people from different generations and cultures, or the challenge of simply being able to understand a coworker who has a different communication style or language.
