    Great support and teamwork
    The good thingsGreat support from supervisor. Coaching session through out my working years that enable the staffs to grow in their career path. Training were provided, support were give, coaching session were given.
    The challengesCurrently all of us are working from home. Such a bless to have understanding employer because commuting to work during this endemic season is such a tough decision.

    The best company I ever worked with!
    The good things1. People - nice and happening 2. Flexible - You come late, go back late - but make sure you deliver the result. 3. Company trip - a trip to all over the world. 4. Annual Leave - 18 days minimum 5. Dental benefit 6. And a lot of happy things that you can't imagine until you really work with them
    The challengesNothing at all. Maybe they can start thinking about to have medical coverage to all staff's family members not just the staff only.

    The good thingssmall company with talented developers with good personality. they live by HAPI culture - where you can know more about it from their video. love how they organize the company trip. at least i can travel overseas every year!

    Awesome Experience So Far
    The good thingsthe thing I like the most is flexible working hours & casual wear. I can wear sandals in the office. kinda cool. no protocols that need to follow to talk to bosses.

    World Class Company Which Not Many People Knows About
    The good thingsThe products that the company creates and sells is world class, recognized by Gartner and with many big shot clients. Learning to build the functionalities and features of the systems has provided much experience on business processes, and it is encouraged that the programmers get involved in design discussions to get a better understanding of what they build, to make it better.
    The challengesThe briefing of the company and what the programmer is expected to do is a too vague for a newcomer. Was not able to get a good grasp of the big picture of the company, and certain employees were not the best type of people to be working with as well. Also, each task that was given was not properly explained, causing the task to be much more complicated when developing.
