    The challengesWorkplace culture change once a resignation is submitted, toxic people and show no professional. Simply reassign duties, remove the access for group communication. Better think twice and good luck.

    The good thingsMy supervisor and co-workers were very friendly and tolerant of my initial mistakes. I learned and became good at working there.
    The challengesKnowing what to do and when to do it. Learning every SKU was difficult as it was medical related when I'm customer/business/logistics focused.
