    The good thingsGood place to gain knowledge. The nuclear team is functional well. Good exposure to the industry.

    Good place for gain experience.
    The good thingsAble to learn many thing, the knowledge gain here is useful. Mostly people willing to help and teach you.Here almost everyone are friendly, easy for new comers to adapt with others. This company give payback unused medical leave.Every year this company still give bonus to employee.
    The challengesAll maintenance planning job, documentation, record, schedule, still using manually (Microsoft excel). You need to be self learner and independence so that you can catch up your job scope. Career development plan to all of staff could be further improved, not only focusing on certain people only. Overall here is OK

    The good thingsTraining and teamwork. The benefit also not bad. We will get the MC payback and also increment payback.
    The challengesThe system is a bit complex if you are not understanding the basic plc. Because here got to many PLC type.

    The good thingsManagement are all very young and talented here. They are easy to be approached when there are issues in production line. The company is committed to continually improve the work environment. Human resources if I am stressed have asked questions like how can we help you reduce your stress and they made it happen by bringing more manpower for my department. You cannot find such people oriented organization. You will be heard. Although work can be demanding in various aspects but Mycron has the heart to make it better for you and that makes all the difference in here. Good remuneration package is offered
    The challengesOld equipment's that have to undergo revamp so there is alot of opportunity for projects and learning new skills. Can grow technical knowledge very well as what was studied in the engineering books is put into practice. the Job nature is very challenging. Not boring at all. There is always something new everyday. No two days are the same here.

    The good thingsHead by a group of young and energetic management team with lots of opportunities given and great team work environment. Rewarding those who perform well and attractive remuneration package offered. Certainly a great place to work as the management is results oriented and human capital development are provided.
    The challengesMaking changes and initiate improvement plan will tough as need to persuade the old timers for changes and provide analysis on the benefit of the changes. But as long changes is beneficial and proven with data analysis the top management always give the support!

    The good thingsThe environment and people working together were great! Better staff benefit provided and training program for career advancement. Chances to propose new idea for continual improvement and delegation of authority on every level. Promote team work and cultivate sense of belonging.
    The challengesAs a local cold rolled steel producer with not many local expertise and others manufacturer around, the training were given mostly by the old timer of the company. The reluctant of old timer to change or knowledge transfer required more communication skills to tackle this problem and convince old timer to accept new ideas.
