The good thingsThe people in my department are all great to work with and all work well in a team. We try to have each other's back at all times and we find common ground so we can gel well. We have a practise in our department that allows no office politics, gossiping or backstabbing habits and this makes up a very conducive environment to work in. The casual attire allowed in the office enhances the experience
The challengesCommunication between department and proper departmental boundaries. As there is a lack of SOP in the running of the company as a whole, job scopes are all over the place. What you are supposed to focus on is not the only thing expected of you. Bcause everyone is doing things out of their repertoire, no one would own up to any mistakes and mistakes are often because of the lack of SOP.
