    Good place to learn with clear systems and a supportive team best for juniors though pay is limited
    The good thingsI worked as a Creative Head and led the creative team under MarCom. The team was energetic, cheerful, and fun to work with. MYDIN has a very clear system, so everyone knows their responsibilities and can focus on their tasks. I learned a lot about marketing and campaign execution. My MarCom head was very professional, supportive, and a good leader. She trusted the team, did not micromanage, and always guided us to deliver quality work.
    The challengesSince this is a large organization with a lot of employees, salary levels are understandable and may not be very high. Staff turnover can be high, and promotion for senior roles can be challenging. That said, for juniors and fresh graduates, MYDIN is a good place to learn, gain hands on experience, and build a strong foundation in the working world.

    Working at mydin more than 7 years. No salary increment given . never !!! Sales on top but no increment. So sad. need to Work every weekend . Cannot take leave on weekend.
