The challengesI've worked there for almost few months in the finance department, and it's been the worst leadership experience of my career. The so-called assistant manager doesn't know anything. Every time we ask a question, her response is either "ask someone else" or "check Onedrive." If we ask for clarification, she gets rude, and if we go to another colleague for help, they accuse us of bypassing her. Micromanagement is rampant, and there's no proper SOP in place, which is essential for any company or department. She offloads her tasks onto juniors but takes full credit for the work. When she complains to the manager, he blindly sides with her without hearing our side or investigating the truth. It's a toxic and unprofessional environment.
