    The challengesManagement only cared about profits, while workers had to deal with worsening plant conditions. It felt like working on a tightrope with no support.

    If times can turn back, I wouldn't waste my time to work here. Disappointed experiences.
    The good thingsPays on time. However the management is trying their very best to cut staff welfares including OT, allowances and bonus.
    The challengesThe HQ is only prioritize the profits, no career advancement, cut bonus, no trusts on local staffs, working environment is terrible, no budgets or intentions to improve the company or provide better working environment for the staffs. Everything in the management's eye is about money and making profits. Lead by incompetent HQ assigned manager and can't manage the company.

    Everyday is a working struggle in this company where employee need to constantly watch over their shoulder as the management practices fear to control the employees.
    The good thingsNothing good either than the slightly higher salary rate compared to the average market rate.
    The challengesManagement is the biggest challenge. Very incompetent managers who do not understand the business. decision making and directions from managers is very underwhelming. Constantly blaming the employees for literally everything. There is no room for growth as the management mentally press us employees which demotivates any efforts to continue working.

    You are only the worker for the company. Career advancement is non-existent.

    The challengesProduct quality, safety regulation, staff advises are ignored, try to cut costs on everything including staff welfares. The HQ would only communicate with the incapable and incompetence representatives who do not understand the cultures and markets.

    Good for exposure but terrible for career growth and work-life balance.
    The good thingsSalary is on time along with overtime claims.
    The challengesDifficult to reason and discuss with management as they always ignore local law regulations and terminal safety policies. Product quality is ignored, dealers are left for dead and customer care is non-existent.
