The challengesManagement is the terrible and not honest. They delete your OT claim in the system sometimes better be careful.

The challenges-no work/life balance
-no benefit on workstation
-very poor management
-you will work until more than 10 pm at least 2,3 times per month but if you late salary wil deduct
-very low commission just once per year with almost every week you will outstation
-resign will be not get the outstation

The good thingsGood skill based on technical buts sometimes details does not give to the worker details
The challengesArrange working time and personal because always been disturbed during resting time even though for simple things. And working that sometimes does not have rest but low payments without paid any OT. When come to get full details of the project always pass to someone and to another someone.
