    U turn and no direction.
    The good thingsManagement open to listen. Normal working hours.
    The challengesIt's common to U-turn and managment has no concrete goal. SOP only exists in books and not always follows. Old/veteran staff mindset are stuck in 80s and expect to follow; time had changed and with the total outlets they have now, yet, still maintain same headcount. Some retail logic is outdated and veteran employee still hold on to it; unable to EMBRACE and IMPROVE. Staff benefit is one of the worst. Basics like AL still have 8 days. Location in light-industrial area, how you expect low salary and bad benefit can attract calibre employee? if you work long enough, you'll be eventually promoted to manager inregardless if you're qualified. KPI, not exist nor not relevant as U-turn here and there, for show only.

    The good thingsThe environment is super cool. They have a very good and polite bosses. Working with professional staff. Getting more confident, cheerful, and enjoy with the work. There is a stress in every place that we go, but this place for me, I still calm when the pressure coming, and manage to do work well even in stress mode.
    The challengesI'm facing some unwanted situation but it makes me feel, I want to do better. Given a very limit of time with the job task, able to finished it with the correct time management. Learn to act very well in a negative emotion, try to make it professional. The pressure working sometimes gone, when talking with the boss haha.
