Challenging work environment with favoritism in management, long-tenured staff, and limited adaptability, with many senior management resistant to change.
The good thingsFree parking available, though spaces are often full, conveniently located near the NKVE and DASH highways for easy accessibility.
The challenges1. Poor management with unclear decisions and frequent changes in direction, creating confusion and inefficiency. Today wants A, tomorrow B then C the day after, U-turn to A at the end. 2. No medical insurance; claims are position-dependent but generally below market standards (no dental and optical). Overall benefits not up to listed company standards. 3. Toxic culture of favoritism, blame-shifting, and a lack of accountability in leadership. 4. Sarcastic and unprofessional communication from the C levels, fostering a demoralizing work environment. 5. High expectations with low salary, inadequate benefits, and zero flexibility. 6. Difficult to get approval for medical leave or time off, as leave requests are often prioritized for favored staff. 7. No proper onboarding or transition support for new hires, leaving new hires at a complete confusion but expecting the staffs will notice everything. 8. Culture of overwork, including pressure to work during leave. 9. Management lacks the necessary knowledge and expertise to support employees' growth in both soft skills and technical development.

Okay. The management need to improve.
The good thingsI love the environment while working here. Good friends and supportive cliques. Flexible.
The challengesThe management. They dont follow law that much. Very stingy in offering a good salary and hire more headcounts while you're facing so much work to complete.

Good for stepping stone, but not career development
The good thingsThe work & life balance is good. And for junior position the salary quite high.
The challengesBasic family oriented business management where allocated budget not that much but demanding on high return & visibility. Innovative ideas cannot be executed because due to directive & budget.keep you turn here & there and manager somewhat unknowledgeable in a lot aspect of marketing fields.

Good place to earn knowledge and skills
The good thingsIts a good experience working with hands on team. Superior are helpful, knowledgeable, and accountable for certain situations. This place is good if you want to earn skills. Everything is follow dateline. Easier to manage your time with works.
The challengesChallenge is work load. 5 working days is not enough. Usually came at 8am, back at 8pm. Even weekend come to finish work.

    Toxic & Poor Working Culture
The good thingsGet to work with a handful of great colleagues, however either they have already left the company or making their exit soon.
The challenges1) Poor systems which are not user-friendly have to be compensated with high manual workload (70% Excel/ paperwork & 30% systems). 2) Top management is fickle minded when it comes to decision making. Change is a norm in this company. Some of the changes can be avoided if Top management listens to their staff. Projects such as opening, renovating or closing outlets are restricted by SOP, however profitability is what the Top management sees. 3) As the job itself constitute of high workload, the changes add up to the no. of times you have to redo some tasks. 4) Poor working environment. HQ adopts open office concept but there's no social distancing when it comes to seating arrangement. Staff have to do it on their own accord. Covid SOP are not well executed. 5) 70% of the staff are incompetent. Professionalism is highly lacking in the workforce as well as Top management. 6) High turnover rate regardless of department even though it's during pandemic or even lockdown in place. 7) Poor paymaster to suppliers.
