Low staff quality; a lot incapable managers, incompetent person promoted to higher level. 95% deal with int. process; ridiculous amt of SOP & time to get approval even for tiny thing, waste time

    Unorganized working system
    The good thingsColleagues are really helpful when comes to group discussion and the working together spirit is good. The flexibility in working hours is really helpful especially avoiding the morning traffic.
    The challengesThey is no proper guidelines on how to improve the work you do and the managers are not really helpful. Always setting unrealistic KPI and in the end we will never achieved it. They always speak of growth and yet struggle to hire people to archive targets. You can never expect 1 person to handle 3-4 people's work and still wanting top performance. So demanding yet unconsidered.

    The good thingsThe only good things is low hierarchy staff able to help each other to make any task work smooth and complete.
    The challengesDont risk your career with this company. HOD can sack you for no reason. Very ambitious company but with low budget. Imagine selling sport car with scrap metal material. Full of software interface in work but not really useful. Mostly drag the lead time for site work. Management mostly just pandai talk but no common sense and not rational.

    The challengesEverything is hard. Management keep on demanding things like a child who have tantrums. The culture is bad and terrible. Need to change myra. Stop dreaming that you're the best company ever. High turnover because of terrible culture. The T.O.X.I.C culture is high.

    The challengesthey always blame sales staff for everything, we are not agent, we are sales staff who depends on marketing, all we got was cheap leads and unqualified leads but blame sales staff for it, problem with customer, blame sales staff also, everything was sales staff issue, no improvise, always with bad demand but of course cut sales staff commission, push sales staff into the corner, very bad management, not fair system

    Don't risk your current career for Myra
    The good thingsat least having good colleagues who in same shoes with you make my day less miserable here.
    The challengesThis company set ridiculous kpi for staff to sell the house but cheapskate with budgeting in marketing side. They don't even provide show unit, sales gallery not even in proper conditions. Marketing dept kinda ambitious with their way getting leads. Sales commission can claim after 3 months and will deduct point/unit if cannot achieved kpi within the time set., and your comm, management will deduct for income tax. so my advise If you can run far, pls do.

    The good thingsLocation is good for me. I am no longer working here is the best thing.
    The challengesEvery top level are close friends or relatives and so you can know is this good or challenging. You will get bad temper and office politic. Work long hours. No career development and training.

    The good thingsIf u r fresh grad or currently under employment u can try ur luck, if u r working, then don’t try here.
    The challengesAll the managers are inter related. Kind of family business and all managers i would say not professional and not much experience in managing. They just do whatever they think they like. That is not a good working place.

    The good thingsGood for fresh grad to get exposure on construction A lot of own residential projects.
    The challengesOwn project with own rules without use standard procedures. No life balance bcoz superior doesnt care about ur time even have to complete task until midnight for key in DO in system. Implement penalty for those did some work late as required. Must multitasking even as konsikong.

    The good thingsAmbitious management where they think big and paint a beautiful picture in jobstreet
    The challengesToo ambitious but can’t make it practical because after all they are a family business although under a listed company. The t&c team does not have proper documentation and the performance evaluation is very subjective. You do not need to argue the evaluation because they do not want you to speak up. All the bosses and managers are always blaming you for the failure or fault and not give proper guidance. You need to work after work and over the weekend or public holiday.

    The good thingsBeautiful pantry and office. I am free from the bad environment and toxic culture.
    The challengesUgly uniform. Bosses are relatives and good friends and no experience in managing. But pretend to know everything. They said they like people speak up, but if you speak up then you finish. They do not take constructive feedback positively but react negatively. The big bosses are emotional and you feel stress here.

    The challengeskeep on changing the system in company, your job scope become bigger day by day so you have to work on public holiday and weekend. They expect you to update the progress even on leave. Here, they will call you as a 'family' so that you work like you owned this company.

    The good thingsOverall, I had a very enjoyable and memorable time here working for Myra. Everyone here has a voice to speak (yes even as an intern!) and plays an important role in the bigger picture. People are genuine and are always willing to give you a helping hand whenever you needed it. Your hard work and efforts will definitely be appreciated here. I've learned so much here over the span of 3 months because my team had put a lot of trust in me as well as encouraging me to try new things always.

    The good thingsColleague is friendly & get easy to work out as a team This company have a lot of gathering event which can be fun, but not really necessary & helpful for my opinion.
    The challengesManagement expect no cost to come out something with profitable NO Standard in construction, All done using personal common sense Depend on which construction manager you under, some of the team works well, some really just left apart without monitoring by the superior at all. No leader only Blamer most of the time If you are sweet talker, maybe u able survive longer No difficulty in work task , but liaise with some of the people will be head cracking.
