The challengesthey always blame sales staff for everything, we are not agent, we are sales staff who depends on marketing, all we got was cheap leads and unqualified leads but blame sales staff for it, problem with customer, blame sales staff also, everything was sales staff issue, no improvise, always with bad demand but of course cut sales staff commission, push sales staff into the corner, very bad management, not fair system
