    Learned alot while i was working here!
    The good thingsI really enjoyed my short time here. Although i only worked almost 2 years here, I have learned so many things. The project scale, which they do almost all VIP projects has given me the opportunity to learn more than just being an interior designer. I learned on how to deal with VIP clients as well and how to communicate between team members. I think the pay here is above average also. They dont underpay and didnt lowball their offer. The benefits are alot too
    The challengesBoss can be quite strict sometimes. We are always rushed for deadlines. But it comes from working with VIP clients as well. Some part of it were enjoyable

    Best friendliest staff and sporting boss.
    The good thingsWorks with very good environments. Management always prioritise staff needs and give alot of benefit for permanent staff. Pantry got alot of food also. Haha

    Good workplace, the stress of work, good benefits and welfare, fear of making mistakes, all this in one place.
    The good thingsMRD is a Bumiputera company with many benefits and awards to their staff. The working space is very conducive and well-kept clean. The opportunity to learn and grow in the ID field from design until the project is complete. The management system improving and all document records are paperless and easy to access.
    The challengesVery fast-paced working environment and need to handle a few projects in the same period. High-value projects with high-profile clients to handle, no mistake allowed to maintain a good relationship with clients and for the company value. The boss very detailed person, aggressive, and every single thing needs her confirmation (good but delays the process since the boss is very busy handling a lot of things).

    Great work environment, friendly colleagues, got a nice pantry and a cozy common area for staff to relax and socialize. I learned a lot of things and improved over time, learning from my boss herself and my seniors.
    The good thingsGained a lot of new experiences & knowledge in various stages of work. Involved in various high profile project & high profile client. The company offers numerous incentives, including design trip locally/overseas.
    The challengesSometimes we have a lot of work to cover since our work consists of high-detail carpentry detailing and custom items, and I hope soon there will be more staff to join us.

    Work hard paid off.
    The good thingsReally like the environment here and easy to adapt, colleagues were really helpful and guide each other. All employee rank positions are treated equally so each other can give their own opinion. During my experience working here, the longer you remain loyal here with honesty and passion for work, the employer will appreciate and reward your services. All work benefits worth it.
    The challengesWill be trained and do everything (if needed) out of our scope sometimes because of lack manpower with big and high profile client projects. The stress is quite high but match with the benefits and amount of leaves given.

    The good thingsLearn many new things, colleagues are helpful, yearly increment and bonus. Got chill area and snacks in the pantry
    The challengesPressure too high, everything rushing but need to be perfect no mistakes allowed. Boss late reply, suddenly ask if work done or not. Too many projects and things to do but not enough time/manpower

    The good thingsAlmost 3 years working i have learn more than in any other company. Boss is like a friend, managers are too. Colleagues here make the best team. Sadly it is time to move forward. Boss not stingy. Yearly increment and bonus never miss. Duit raya banyak and alot of cuti. Always easy to get approval for leave
