Best company to explore technology as a fresh graduated and experienced person to work with if you like challenges
The good thingsCompany will recognise and reward your out performing with good increment and bonus. You will learn multiple skillsets if working here and more exploration on different technology fields. Management and employees are friendly and helpful to help you achieve your work and target. As a self-initiative employee, management give full flexibility on your creativities and ideas of work as long as you can meet the work expectation and goal. There are lots of opportunities given by management.
The challengesGood soft skills and able to work independent are necessary to engage/deal with customer in work. If you are fresh graduated, fast learner, strong logical thinking, good planning, good self-management and willing to take up challenges tasks are necessary. The good thingsLearn more things because it is a small size company. Boss is very good in electronic engineer. This is a company that suitable for electronic engineer but it is not very suitable for Computer Science student as the company nature is about electronic engineering, test and measurement & etc.
The challengesBoss is moody and the decision is keep changing. It is difficult to get recognition unless boss like you very much. Some people not doing their job well but get promoted. Limited budget to buy tools for projects.

The good thingsThe good thing is it is a small local company whereby we can focus our time on developing our skills rather than spending too much time on procedures and meetings.
The challengesThe company prioritize technical expertise. No training available (very few), so expect to learn by our own. You may be required to work on things outside of your skill sets.

The good thingsMany technical job skills can be learnt here. It would help a lot in future career advancement. People here are friendly and would like to help you in many ways through the daily job. Team building very frequently held annually and it could provide good bonding colleagues relationship. Innovative ideas from
The challengesWalking distance to the office is comparably far as parking place is far away from the office. Sharing meeting held frequently by the management as employees do not have time for their own task. Extra working hour for claim is hard and unlikely to approve by the management.
